Stamford American School is a world-class international school for students 5 to 18 years old, which opened on September 4th, 2017. The Hong Kong campus opening followed the huge success of its Singapore campus, which today has a vibrant community of over 3,000 students from 70 countries.

From age 5, Stamford students enjoy a standards-based curriculum based on the American Education Reaches Out (AERO) and Common Core Plus frameworks blended with an inquiry based approach culminating in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program* in Grades 11 and 12. Coupled with continual standardized MAP® assessments in Reading, Math and Science, a choice of bilingual (English/Mandarin) or daily language in Chinese or Spanish, a problem-based STEMinn (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics & Innovation) Program and a Leveled Reading Program, Stamford prepares students for success in university and beyond.

Stamford American School – Hong Kong is part of Cognita, a global network of over 67 schools worldwide.

*Stamford American School Hong Kong will apply to the International Baccalaureate for program candidacy in December 2017.
