Jennifer Van Dale is a Partner at Eversheds Sutherland, where she heads the Asia Pacific employment practice, representing employers. Her practice touches on all aspects of employment work, from background checks to HR compliance issues to post-termination restraints. She advises on the employment and privacy issues in bribery and fraud investigations, M&A deals, and business transfers, as well as the employment aspects of complex multijurisdictional projects.

Jennifer graduated from Rutgers University in the United States with a B.A. in Chinese and from the University of Hong Kong with an LL.B (first class) and P.C.LL. She is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong.
