Michael Tsang is responsible for membership recruitment, retention, and quality of follow-up services to AmCham members. Michael has a BS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. After graduating, Michael started his career with Hyatt International as a corporate management trainee and worked at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Prior joining AmCham, Michael worked in one of Hong Kong's top retail chains and has extensive experience in customer service management, staff training & development, and overseas project management. Michael has nearly 15 years of hospitality, FMCG and retail operation experience, and he is trilingual – English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
