Yesterday morning we were delighted to host an interactive panel discussion in collaboration with Stamford American School - Hong Kong on the topic of "Preparing for Generation Z in the Workplace".

Stamford's Superintendent, Mr. Malcolm Kay, and our other three panelists - Michelle Sun (Founder & CEO of First Code Academy), Paul Smith (Head of MUN at Kelly Yang Project) and Valerie Koo (APAC Regional Manager at School Choice International) - discussed how parents and educators can prepare children for future success, when an estimated 65% of jobs our children will have do not yet exist today.

They also discussed how the first wave of Generation Z is now graduating and entering the workplace, and how this generation is transforming the workplace as they are more tech savvy, entrepreneurial and self-reliant than any generation before.
