Our 13th Annual Conference is designed to inspire women leaders in Hong Kong to create positive change for themselves, their organizations and our society.

The culmination of the conference will be the presentation of the 13th Annual Women of Influence Awards which will recognize: seven high-achieving women, one man who has demonstrated support for the advancement of women and one outstanding company for women.

Program Highlights
*Opening Keynote - What makes leadership effective for change?

We are pleased to feature Dr. Dame Rosanna Wong as our morning Keynote Speaker to discuss her leadership journey. Dame Wong is a social work administrator and politician who has served as the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups since 1980. In 1997, she was made Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire and became the second Chinese woman, after Baroness Dunn, to be made a Dame in history. Her tireless commitment to community service and giving the under-served a voice will provide an inspirational start to the day.
