Conference Center Facilities

 

  • The AmCham Conference Center is available for hourly rentals. 
  • Our 740 sq.ft. Conference Center can accommodate up to about 50 people for meetings, lectures, seminars, and presentations.
  • AmCham members or member companies can enjoy up to 40% discount on hourly rates.

Basic rental rate includes :

  • 2 Mics (goose-neck / hand-held / clip-on)
  • Electric Projector Screen 106” Dia 16:10
  • Laser Pointer
  • Flip Chart
  • Broadband Access (incl. WIFI)

Value added options:

  • LCD Projector $1,200 per time
  • Laptop $500 per time
  • Additional microphone $200 each
  • Conference Call Facilities $500 per time + actual usage

Non-office Hours:  

Monday to Friday
5:30pm to 9:30pm

Saturday / Sunday
9:00am to 6:00pm
$2,500 (Min. 3-hour)
