Felicity McRobb is the Founder of McRobb Consulting, an Asia based management consultancy, specializing in working with executive leadership teams of large and medium-sized organizations to design and implement the desired future of the firm. Founded in 2017, clients include technology, finance, fast-moving consumer goods, luxury, travel retail, consulting and manufacturing industries; many of the largest and most successful companies in the world.

Felicity was an Insigniam Partner from 1993-2017, a global management consultancy specializing in breakthrough performance and organizational transformation. Felicity led Insigniam’s Asia practice from 2011 and opened the office in Hong Kong in 1993. Since 1984, she has been a volunteer leader and fundraiser with The Hunger Project, a global non-profit committed to the sustainable end of hunger. www.thp.org Felicity learned the power of an inspiring future and what becomes possible when the relationship between men and women is one of co-equal partnership. Witnessing the women and men living in the conditions of hunger and poverty in India, Bangladesh and Malawi invent a new future, one of sustainable self-reliance, along with a radical, new co-equal partnership, was a privilege that changed her life and how she sees the world. These profound experiences are at the heart of her success with Diversity and Inclusion and cultural transformation initiatives.

Felicity is dedicated to serving her local and global community through the vehicle of service in many non-profit organizations. These include ‘EMPOWER’ by The Amber Foundation, The Women’s Foundation, Free Fridays, The Hunger Project in Bangladesh, India, Malawi and the UK.

Felicity was born and brought up in Wales, UK. She gained her BA Hons in Modern Languages at Anglia University before embarking on a life of travel, curiosity and contribution. She has lived and worked in Japan, Hong Kong, USA and Saudi Arabia. She became a USA citizen in 2009.
