Tim oversees the operations and product strategy for Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, managing a team of over 8,000 cast members across the park and its three hotels. His leadership extends to various creative, business and functional areas within the operation, such as Park and Hotel Operations, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Merchandise, Facilities Services, Resort Integration, Product/Event Planning, Security, and Safety. Tim's priorities include fostering growth and motivation among HKDL cast members, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, and achieving robust business performance.

Tim began his Disney career in 1990 as an attraction host in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park and has held diverse leadership roles since then. Prior to joining HKDL in 2020, he was vice president, Park Operations Line of Business at Walt Disney World Resort. He has extensive experience in park operations, workforce management, experience development and line of business support across Disney parks, including supporting the opening of Disney’s Animal Kingdom and the launch of MyMagic+ experience program at Walt Disney World.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Southern College and a management certificate from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business.
