Belinda Esterhammer

Belinda is the Managing Director Asia of The DO, an award winning social impact advisory with a mission to enable companies and individuals to thrive in a purposeful economy that is sustainable and innovative. Prior to joining The DO, Belinda founded a marketing consultancy, spearheaded the APAC community growth for a global tech community and led high-profile marketing campaigns for a “Big 4” female entrepreneur program. She is an experienced international facilitator and speaker and worked on numerous content pieces including work with UNICEF Philippines and one of the leading green think tanks from Germany.

Passionate about female empowerment, building communities and making a change, she is the Co-Founder and Chair of Women in Tech APAC, a committee member of TEDxTinHauWomen, and a co-host for #impact - a podcast featuring people making a social impact.

A bilingual (German, Cantonese) Austrian native with Chinese roots she previously lived in Spain, Australia and The Philippines.
