With over 15 years of dedicated experience in HSBC Securities Services, Wendy specialises in relationship building, client account management, and cross-team collaboration across global markets. She thrives on connecting with clients and colleagues to understand unique business needs, co-create innovative solutions, and nurture a cohesive, supportive team culture. She strongly values active listening and constructive feedback as foundational pillars for effective team leadership and driving positive organisational change.

As Team Lead of the Hong Kong Account Management team, Wendy cultivates a positive, resilient and agile work culture. She views change as an opportunity for growth, empowering her team to adapt, perform and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic financial environment. She is committed to fostering a workplace built on collaboration, transparency and continuous learning—where every member feels valued, empowered and motivated to deliver their best.

Wendy has a deep passion for an active lifestyle and outdoor pursuits, including volleyball, dragon boat racing, hiking, and she has recently taken on the challenge of HYROX. Her heart lies deeply in youth development: this marks her fourth consecutive year serving as a mentor for the Strive and Rise Programme, supporting teenagers aged 13 to 16. She also serves actively in the youth ministry at her church.

Last year, Wendy joined the AmCham Women of Influence Committee, and she is truly inspired by its meaningful contributions to women in Hong Kong. She believes the mission is not only about empowering women, but also about working collaboratively with men to build a more inclusive and better society for Hong Kong.
