General/Special Events/Future Leaders Program

  • Liaise with different stakeholders regarding the program rundown, registration and speaker arrangements
  • Logistical arrangements including but not limited to F&B arrangement, events set-ups, speaker & sponsor liaisons, email correspondence and other administrative supports
  • Work with the digital marketing team on event webpage setup and event promotions
  • Provide onsite assistance and ad-hoc support
  • Timely response to general inquiries and clerical work

Signature Events

  • Respond to ongoing changes & requests from each Signature Event (e.g. inquiries, payments, RSVP states etc.)
  • Administrative support for the contracts & payment issues, also to generate the event report to the finance team
  • Issue contracts & follow up with venues/sponsors/related parties
  • Follow up with sponsors regarding advertisement/marketing exposure/booth display etc.

Requirement

  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
  • Good interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills
  • Attention to details and able to work under a heavy workload
  • Service-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
