Talos Foundation is a champion for inclusion, bringing awareness to neurodiversity, invisible disabilities and special needs in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific. Built on kindness and compassion, we aim to change society's views on special needs. We focus on: Community Awareness (embracing Neurodiversity and empowering change), Corporate Awareness (transforming minds and building inclusive workplaces) and Normalizing Employment (breaking barriers and unlocking potential).

As a Section 88 Charitable Organization in Hong Kong, Talos distributes free bilingual lanyards and buttons to people who wish to self identify, their families and caregivers, as well as the business community. In addition, Talos provides education and training to the public as well as to companies / employers to enhance awareness and inclusivity.
