HKSAR Retail Sector Subsidy Scheme: Now Open For Applications

Government announces launch of Retail Sector Subsidy Scheme under Anti-epidemic Fund

To support the local retail sector during this difficult time, the HKSAR Government has established the “Retail Sector Subsidy Scheme” under the “Anti-epidemic Fund” which provides relief for the retail sector. Eligible retail stores can receive a one-off subsidy of HK$80,000 per store, while the maximum amount of subsidy for a parent company that operates retail groups or chain stores under the same business registration is HK$3 million (equivalent to no more than 38 stores).

The online application is from 9am from 23 March, 2020 (Monday) to 11.59pm on April 12, 2020 (Sunday), and requires Business Registration and other documents to be uploaded. Please see the attached factsheet or visit retailsubsidy.gov.hk for further information.
